Pride in Foodservice Week

Originally created by the Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals, Pride in Foodservice Week applauds nutrition and food service professionals for their hard work and dedication on the job.  Organizations traditionally celebrate with gifts and educating their communities about the importance of foodservice individuals. This year, Lintons associates were recognized through social media “Spotlight” posts, highlighting their exceptional work ethic through the coronavirus pandemic. The first associate to be featured in the spotlight was Angel Gomez, a cook at Lehigh Valley Meal Service Center.

“Angel makes the team laugh and brings a wonderful energy during a busy and stressful time. We greatly appreciate his dedication to the Lintons team,” says Russ Hengst, Vice President of Operations of the Education Division. We plan to continue to shine the spotlight on all of our associates, because the pride Lintons has in our foodservice staff extends beyond one week.
