Several Lintons associates worked together to cater Mercy Career and Technical Institute’s Fall Fundraiser on October 3 — an event that included approximately 200 guests from the school’s community. Lintons currently partners with the school by providing sales orders, which are fulfilled by our Delaware County Meal Service Center.

Bryan Schmidt, Director of Culinary Development, led the team of Lintons culinary experts who prepared and served several theme-based creations, including Italian, Mexican, Asian, and (of course) Philadelphian!

The food was prepared in the new Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School kitchen under the watchful eye of Lintons Manager Steve Abonnizio, then presented at a variety of stations by Lintons associates.

This event is an excellent example of both teams — Lintons and Mercy — working together to achieve outstanding results. We embrace opportunities such as this to provide unique presentations that are very much appreciated by our clients and their attendees. Thank you, everyone, for a job well done!
