LINTONS TOOK ON THE CHALLENGE OF REEVALUATING ITS CORE VALUES.
These values are our guiding principles and define who we are as a company. They communicate what we care about, both as individuals at work and collectively as a company. They help guide our work, decisions, communications, alignment, and hiring.
INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, SERVICE-CENTERED, INSIGHT, LOYALTY, EMPATHY, and KNOWLEDGE are the Core Values that drive Lintons as an organization.
To implement and launch our Core Values, Lintons’ staff participated in a virtual kickoff presentation. Core Value signage was placed in our units. We expanded on the values through new hiring orientation and in-service training, and we incorporated it into our review process. We are currently producing a video for our new hires and also potential associates. We believe what makes our team successful is that we share these same values, expectations, and aspirations, working together to deliver our services with the same purpose.
Core Value Award Established
To highlight and emphasize the importance each of these core values plays in the daily decisions made to serve our clients, Lintons has introduced the Core Value Award for 2022. Awards will be presented quarterly to associates that represent a true example of Lintons Core Values. Lintons dedication comes down to the way we act, the way we serve our clients, the way we make decisions, and how we treat each other. By highlighting those who exemplify these values, Lintons encourages each associate to do their best to use the core values as the guiding principle for our company objectives.
