To Enhance Skills Of Our Associates
Lintons is excited to announce the addition of our new Associate Training Guide to our training program. The guide was developed by a team of Lintons Associates who took on the initiative and utilized their skills and years of experience to develop this guide.
The Associate Training Guide is replacing our current W.O.W. (within one week) training. The guide is a more comprehensive and detailed training that will provide our new and current associates with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in their positions. It includes 4 training modules, to be completed in as many weeks. Topics include Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Food Storage, Temperature Control, Customer Service, and more. Each module is designed to build upon the previous one, in terms of knowledge, development of skills, and experience.
Not only does the guide provide the proper training for food service professionals but, it also provides real-world examples of how proper food handling and food preparation affects our everyday lives. The goal of the development team was to design a training that provides our associates with the knowledge that enables them to provide the best service to our clients. We look forward to rolling out this new training program!
